So the day has finally arrived. It is with mixed feelings that I load my bags into the car. I have called Cayman home for 7 years. And although I leave behind a lot of memories, many more await me ahead.

For my final breakfast, I chose “The Waterfront” at Camanabay. I could not have chosen a better spot.
The place has a clean and fresh atmosphere , very friendly staff, and the food is awesome.

Being South African, I had to go with steak and eggs. 🙂

My compliments to the Chef. For all my South African buddies, this steak tastes like home, and is soft and succulent.

So now, I am sitting on the airport, Skyping friends and blogging away the
time. Next stop is NY, where I am going to play in the snow. I have been warned that exposed skin freezes in 10 minutes, so no mooning in the streets. 🙂
